Tools Needed:
- ribbon in several different colors
- elastic hair band
- scissors
- hand towels or kitchen towels
Basic Instructions:
Cut ribbon into 4" lengths. Fold the first ribbon piece in half and slide one end under the elastic band so that there is a loop on one side of the elastic band and two ribbon ends on the other side of the hair band. Take the two ribbon ends and fold over the elastic hair band and through the loop on the other side. Tighten the knot by pulling on both of the ends of the ribbon at the same time. Repeat this process until the elastic band looks full or you run out of ribbon... Simply pull your towel through the finished ribbon band and voila!! You are done! Make them in different color combination's to accentuate your home's theme throughout the bathroom and kitchen.
